Due to leaking water supply system at the Club House and required maintenance, the hot tub, restrooms & kitchen sink areas are temporarily closed. We hope to have the plumbing fixed and maintenance completed in the coming week. Please continue to check the website for updates.

R.V.E.O.A. streets will be undergoing repair and resurfacing in July. Beginning Monday 7/18 through Thursday 7/21 Stripe & Seal will be working in our neighborhoods repainting red curbs and resurfacing our streets. Some crack repair will be done prior to these dates.

It is very important that all residents assist in getting this process done in two key aspects:

First, clear all garden matter back from the red curb area in front of your home for painting.

Second, no vehicles can be on the effected streets between 7:30am the day work begins until and must remain out of the work area until after 4:00 pm the following day. It is advised that people park on Heron during the day and walk to and from their homes. Cars will be towed at the owners expense if they are not removed from the effected streets.

Falcon Way, Heron Ct. and Raven Ct will be worked on Monday 7/18 & Tuesday 7/19. Canary, Quail, Sparrow, Crane and Hummingbird courts will be worked on Wednesday 7/20 & Thursday 7/21.

This notice is to inform you that Rio Vista Estates Homeowners Association will hold their Annual Meeting on May 21, 2011 at 900 a.m.

The meeting will be held at the clubhouse and is open to all homeowners.

The meeting will include:

Introduction of the 2011-2012 Board of Directors.
Review of completed projects.
Information on upcoming work which includes:
1. Updated member friendly website.
2. Street maintenance project, which has been approved and will be scheduled this spring. It will include crack seal, pothole repair, and two applications of Overkote Plus. Curb painting and street signage will be done at the same time.

The 2010 financial statement will be available at this meeting. If you can not attend, you may request a copy by contacting a Board member.

Gate Update: The old perimeter gates have had the locks changed to the new key that you received for the new iron gates. The new key will operate all the gates in common areas, with the exception of the pool gate.
